We understand that receiving your Hoofwear Country Clothing items quickly and safely is of paramount importance. That’s why we offer two convenient shipping options to our customers within the UK, ensuring that your shopping experience with us is as seamless as possible.

Standard Delivery – £3.95 – 1-3 Working Days

Our Standard Delivery option, facilitated through Royal Mail. For just £3.99, your items will be delivered right to your doorstep within 1-3 working days.

Express Delivery – £9.95 – 1 Working Day

Need your items sooner?  Our Express Delivery service through APC24 is designed for those who need their order quickly. For £8.95, we prioritize your order to ensure that it arrives at your door within 1 working day. 

We offer Free UK Shipping on orders over £100 (sent via APC24).

Dispatch Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays).  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details before contacting us.  If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at admin@hooftrimming.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll assist you.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout.  If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is undeliverable, we are not liable for lost or misdelivered orders. 

If you notice an error in your entered details, contact us at admin@hooftrimming.co.uk as soon as possible.  Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.
